Partaaay
WOW my party this weekend was sooo cool. Thanks to all my friends and family who came and those who sent their birthday wishes from afar. I got a lot of really cool clothes, and a tunnel, a big yellow bus that is like a tent. I also got a table and chairs so mom and I can have a tea party. You can come too if you’d like! I got some great books and fingerpaints (which I can’t wait to use) and some developmental toys and a high chair! I’m not big on unwrapping presents (just getting into the boxes) so my cousin Cooper helped to! Thanks gal! You can see some pics from the party in the album. We’re traveling to the big LongIsland this weekend for a Bat Mitzvah for cousin Melissa- congrats to her! We share the same birthday, so that rocks too! We’re making cupcakes for the kids at school. Can you say sugar high. I’m so sure my teachers are gonna love that. But hey, they get cake too! Who can’t say no to cake! I should be getting my AFO braces soon, and then they say I should be taking steps in no time. Lots of exciting things happening on the Manning ranch. Stay tuned to our new adventures with the birthday week and travels to LI. <giggles + razzes> Later- Ari-Beth

I’m getting back to my old habits… those midnight snacks are a must again! Momma thinks I’m going through a growth spurt, but I think she needs to feed me more. Gee mom, um I’m 2 ok. Well almost two. I’m havin a party this weekend with all my family and friends. I can’t wait. Last year I had to sleep through my party because I was sick. Not this year. Can you say hurricaine in the house! half a dozen toddlers and twice the parent types. Woohoo! Paaaartay! BTW that crawling thing I’m doing, it’s working out pretty well. Even my therapists think it’s cool. I’m learning all kinds of stuff at school, like how to accessorize, how to make drawings out of marshmallows, and especially the flavor of glue, I like the paste kind best! I went to the science center last weekend with my friend Maggie and her mom Erin. It was way cool. We hung out at the water table most of the time. I tried to climb in a couple of times. It was full of ducks and fountains, how could I resist. The only thing better could be a floating buffet! This weeks biggest adventure has been the great chouffeur game. Momma decided that dad’s car should stay in Ithaca (after she managed to kill the battery) so Nana is letting her borrow her ride- which by the way is much cooler than the black bomber or the Xterra! Did I mention I’m going to be two in one week? Peace! - Ari
