Halloween Wrap Up to the Turkey Day

Momma says that my new brother or sister makes her very sleepy so there’s been little time to help me post, so there’s lots to catch up on.  Halloween was way cool.  I got to be tickle me Elmo (thanks to Bryce and Colby for the costume!).  We went to the mall trick or treating with my cousin Cooper (she was Dee Dee Doodle).  It was so much fun watching all the people who were dressed up.  I really didn’t care much for the candy, I was much more interested in all the people there were to say hi to! Nana helped me carve our awesome pumpkins (Nana’s was the NY Yankees and my said Boo).  They were awesomely lit at night, too bad the silly squirrels ate them and we had to throw them out before the big H-day - oh well, all that slimey stringy goo was fun to play with!

On the playground front, we have both the Village and the Town support to send in our playground application! Woo hoo.  I guess being cute and giggling a lot helps get things done (cookies don’t hurt either).  I had a bit of a melt down at last night’s meeting cuz I was sleepy and it was almost time for Friday Night Lights.  So on behalf of the kiddo community Thank you to the Painted Post Village Board and the Town of Erwin Board.  We’ll keep everyone posted on the outcome of the Playground Contest.

At the homefront, things are changing every day, I can’t seem to find anything right now.  Mom and Dad are doing crazy things in the basement and my toys are getting all switched around.  Are we having holiday guests?  Am I getting a bigger playroom?  Who knows.  Maybe it has something to do with the big ball that’s in mommy’s tummy.  All I know is that it is keeping me up at night, so I figure it is mom’s way of saying "party harty" so the all nighter’s it is.

Shout outs to Maggie who did a camping trip to the great land of sterile rooms and Dr. McDreamy.  I hear you’ve recovered from your surgery and are back at home climbing the furniture!  Glad to hear you are feeling better.  Send me pictures of that cute doc! 

More shout outs go to my therapy team, thanks for making this walking thing so cool.  I would say that I’m on my feet 60% of the day, but crawling is still the fastest mode of transportation.  I also enjoy drinking from my big girl cup.  It’s more fun to pour the juice on my try straight from the cup (mom doesn’t think so) but drinking out of it is cool too!

So the holiday’s are just around the corner.  Mom has a big shopping excursion planned for a week from Friday, but I have to stay home and sleep in with dad (Mom says it can get pretty hot in the stores and I wouldn’t be happy).  But in the end it will be cool cuz all the loot comes home to ME! 

Turkey day, next week… AKA Arianna Buffet!  This is my favorite time of year.  Where no one ever runs out of food for me and mom and dad still get to eat.

Well mom said it is time to get off the computer so I gotta jet.  I promise to make mom help me post more often through the holidays.  Make sure we have your address so we can get you our rockin holiday card!
